Signed student information sheet – you will be given a copy of the information on file at school to review and update.

Free/Reduced Meal Application – The application can be filled out online or you will receive a paper copy.
EZMeal Pay – You can pay for meals online (there is a small convenience fee) OR set up a free account to monitor your child(s) meal account balance.
